The different Lyson ink sets can at first be a little confusing, there are four main sets, 2 colour and 2 monochrome:
Fotonic, is for the printing of photographic images and as a much wider colour gamut than standard ink sets.
PhotoChrome, is much the same as the Lyson Fotonic ink set but offers water resistance and is also pigment based, in the USA this ink set is called Cave Paint.
Small Gamut, is a ink set for the creation of monochrome prints and different septa tones can be set within Photoshop to alter the photograph by placing a colour cast over the image.
